Wreck Diving in Bali
The USAT Liberty was a United States Army cargo ship torpedoed by a Japanese submarine in 1942. The American military then stripped it, with locals doing the same soon after. It sat on the beach rusting for years and did not move from the beach until a volcanic eruption thrusted it into the water in 1963. It is now a popular diving spot in Bali and a great spot to earn your PADI Open Water Certification with OK Divers!
