Visit the UNESCO listed temple and shop in Kuta
Tour duration: 10 – 11 hrs
Min 2 pax required
Lunch not included
Starting bright and early from our resort in Padangbai at 08:00am, this Bali tour will lead us to the southwest coast. On our way there we will first stop in Mengwi – to visit the royal family temple Pura Taman Ayun, meaning a beautiful garden. This temple dates back to the 17th century and is the manifestation of Balinese architecture and the art of stone carving. It is built on a small hill representing Bali with a surrounding channel representing the ocean around the island. This temple is listed in the UNESCO World Heritage list.
Our intinerary will lead us next to the famous Pura Luhur Tanah Lot. This temple is from the 16th century and it is the legacy of Javanese priest Danghyang Nirartha whose mission was to preserve the Hindu religion in Bali. Tanah Lot is also unique thanks to being located on a rock that is only accessible during the low tide.
After soaking in the atmosphere of Tanah Lot and the Batu Bolong temple, we will head to Kuta to experience a totally different kind of ambience. Buzzing with tourists from all over the world, Kuta is the ideal place to shop for all kinds of souvenirs and gifts.
There are also endless options of dining, so even though the lunch is not included in this Bali tour, you are welcome to take a lunch break whenever you feel like one.
With bags full of nice gifts for your loved ones, we will head back to our hotel in Padangbai.
